Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Ensure contract terms are clear, concise, and legally sound.

- Maintain a comprehensive contract management system to track all contracts, key dates, obligations, and renewals.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring timely renewals and terminations.

- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and business objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.

- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor contract performance and adherence to agreed terms.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance.
