A Tender Administrator is responsible for managing the submission and evaluation of bids for a project.The key responsibilities and duties of a Tender Administrator include:
-Searching for tenders
-Preparing tender documents
-Submitting tenders
-Following up after submission
-Assessing all tender returnable requirements and creating suitable functionality checklists
-Managing and directing the overall performance of the tender process team
-Effective liaison, support, and assistance between the tender process department and the rest of the organization
-Maintaining and improving mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying and measuring tender process, and disseminating feedback to the appropriate internal entities
-Utilizing agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis, and documenting
-Managing the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets
-Developing plans for streamlining tender processes
-Supporting all other departments with tender-related issues.
