Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration: Manage and administer contracts, agreements, and other legal documents from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Contract Review and Analysis: Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and develop strategies to minimize potential liabilities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and legal, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the contract lifecycle.
Contract Management Tools: Utilize contract management software and tools to track, manage, and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics on contract performance, compliance, and risk management to senior management and other stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance contract management capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field.
