Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Management: Oversee and manage the tender process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and deadlines.

- Documentation: Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tenders, including technical and financial proposals, in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of tenders.

- Compliance: Ensure all tender documents comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and analyze competitor bids to improve our tender submissions.
