Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including planning, writing, editing, and submission.

- RFP Analysis: Review and analyze RFP/RFI requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness.

- Project Management: Coordinate and manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Content Creation: Develop, organize, and write proposal sections such as executive summaries, technical approaches, management plans, past performance, and pricing.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure proposals are high-quality, error-free, and meet company standards.

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal process.

- Database Management: Maintain and update proposal content libraries and databases for reuse in future proposals.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the proposal process.
