Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

• Design and develop curriculum for UAV pilot training, including theoretical knowledge, practical flight training, and safety procedures.
• Update training materials to reflect changes in regulations, technology advancements, and industry best practices.

Instruction and Evaluation:

• Conduct classroom-based and hands-on flight training sessions.
• Evaluate student performance through written tests, practical assessments, and flight evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them towards achieving certification.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all training programs comply with relevant aviation authorities' regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and incorporate them into the training programs.

Safety Management:

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture among students.
• Conduct safety briefings and debriefings.
• Monitor and evaluate safety procedures and practices, making recommendations for improvements.

Operational Support:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for UAV operations.
• Support UAV operations as needed, including mission planning and execution.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for all students.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and student progress.
• Assist in scheduling training sessions and managing training resources.
