Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of drone programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide cross-functional teams, including engineers, pilots, and support staff, to achieve program objectives.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

• Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all drone operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

• Performance Monitoring: Track program performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
