Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and update comprehensive training materials and curriculum for audio and video editing courses.
- Ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and advancements.
Instruction and Training:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Demonstrate the use of audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Pro Tools, and others.
Practical Application:
- Provide hands-on training to help students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects.
- Guide students through practical exercises, projects, and assignments to enhance their editing skills.
Assessment and Feedback:
- Assess student progress through evaluations, quizzes, and practical tests.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills and achieve their learning goals.
Technical Support:
- Assist students in troubleshooting technical issues related to audio and video editing software and hardware.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, plugins, and technologies in the industry.
Mentorship and Guidance:
- Mentor students on best practices, industry trends, and career opportunities in audio and video editing.
- Encourage and support students in building their portfolios and preparing for professional work.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other trainers, instructors, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive training experience.
