Responsibilities :
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.

- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

- Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and ensuring accuracy in payroll data.

- Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including recordkeeping and reporting requirements.

- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
