Responsibilities :
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR insights and support.
HR Operations Management:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive the automation of HR processes and integration of HR systems.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust HR practices accordingly.
Employee Experience:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR services support organizational needs.
- Communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives effectively across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
