Title - HR Operations Assistant
Exp = 3 - 8 years
Location - Delhi
Responsibilities :
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

- Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This includes processing changes in employee status, terminations, and personal information updates.

- HRIS Management: Support the maintenance and accuracy of data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), generating reports as needed.

- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence. Provide information and support to employees regarding benefits enrollment and changes.

- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including verifying timesheets and resolving payroll discrepancies.

- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in preparing for audits and maintaining compliance documentation.

- Employee Relations: Support HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment, including employee engagement activities and conflict resolution.

- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
