Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management: Oversee the daily HR operations, including employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, conduct investigations, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, training managers, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
- HR Systems and Data Management: Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and analytics. Optimize HR systems for efficiency.
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, conduct market analysis, and ensure competitive and fair remuneration practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop risk management strategies to minimize legal exposure and maintain workplace safety.
- Budget Management: Manage the HR department budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
