Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by effectively communicating with candidates and providing timely updates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist with other HR initiatives as needed, such as onboarding, employee engagement, and employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a non-IT environment, preferably in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
