Name of the position- Consultant (Capital Market Expert)
Qualification- CA/MBA/Post graduate
Maximum age- 45 years
- Experience of working with SEBI recognized category 1 Merchant Banker handling issue management, merger, acquisition, listing, delisting, ESOP Valuation etc.
- Desirable experience as Lead Manager for raising of Equity in SME platforms of BSE/NSE
Experience and skills required-
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Capital market and Merchant Banking
- In-dept understanding of MSME industry and well versed in SME listing landscape
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modelling skills.
- Must be technology savvy and well versed in Fintech application
