Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant for a senior level individual

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Support the manager in all administrative functions. Screen and manage communications into and out of the office
Schedule appointments/itineraries, co-ordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and circulate minutes and ensure follow ups are conducted as necessary
Co-ordinate with the travel desk to arrange travel, accommodation, travel insurance and other logistical support as when required
Facilitate manager in expenses claim process Coordinate and get the international roaming plans activated in line with the travel plans
Update travel requests approval status in TE portal, with consent of manager
Ensure all correspondence and relevant documents are produced in a timely and accurate manner
Work closely with the SPOC (Internal) of various business conferences to capture the details of conferences and requirements for CEO s office
Coordinate with business HR SPOCs and business leaders to finalize dates for quarterly town halls
Maintain email Distribution List (DL) for the specific groups of review meetings and get the members added/removed as per the inputs received from DL owners, as needed
Handle any other task or assignment arising in the daily course of work
