Day-to-Day Responsibilities-
- Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Handling joining and other formalities
- Working on pre-interview screening
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination and communication skills
- Effective negotiating skills
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Maintain the sheet and other related data in efficient and effective manner.
Required Skillset -
- Knowledge about Human Resource Management
- Have relevant skills and interests
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
